Contribution Limits
Under New York State Election Law, contributions to county legislative candidates are subject to the following limits:

- Contributions are not tax-deductible
- Contributors must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents
- All contributions over $99 are publicly disclosed
How Funds Are Used
Every dollar raised goes toward reaching the 80,000+ residents of District 11:
- Direct voter contact — door knocking, community events, phone banking
- Printed materials — mailers, yard signs, door hangers
- Digital outreach — website, social media, online advertising
- Operational costs — filing fees, event supplies, travel across the district
Our Commitment
This campaign does not accept contributions from:
- Corporations
- Fossil fuel executives
- Entities doing business with Erie County where a conflict of interest exists
