Contribution Limits
New York State Election Law sets contribution limits for county legislative races by formula, based on the number of registered voters in the district. The Erie County Board of Elections publishes the 2026 limits for each Legislature district. For the November 3 general election in District 11:

| Corporation or LLC | State law allows up to $5,000 per calendar year across all New York candidates and committees combined, and never more than the $3,269.65 limit above. This campaign does not accept corporate contributions. |
- Contributions are not tax-deductible
- Contributors must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents
- All contributions over $99 are publicly disclosed
How Funds Are Used
Every dollar raised goes toward reaching the 80,000+ residents of District 11:
- Direct voter contact: door knocking, community events, phone banking
- Printed materials: mailers, yard signs, door hangers
- Digital outreach: website, social media, online advertising
- Operational costs: filing fees, event supplies, travel across the district
Our Commitment
This campaign does not accept contributions from:
- Corporations
- Fossil fuel executives
- Entities doing business with Erie County where a conflict of interest exists
